At Mountains of the Moon, our goal is to
provide you with something unique and beautiful with which you
will be completely satisfied. If you need to return or
exchange an item, we offer you a several options to best suit
your situation.
EXCHANGES/STORE CREDITS:
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase, or if
an item does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for another
item or size, or issue you a store credit for a future purchase
(with no expiration date).
Please contact us
for an RA# as soon as possible; we must receive the item within
14 days of your receiving it.
REFUNDS: If
there is a problem with an item due to an error on our part and
the item
cannot be fixed or
replaced/exchanged,
we will offer you a
refund.
Please contact us
for an RA# as soon as possible (we must approve the return, and
must receive the item within 7 days of your receiving it).
IMPORTANT:
Please contact us first for an RA # (Return Authorization
Number) and instructions, either through
e-mail
or by calling us toll free at 877.875.0689. Packages
without an RA # will be refused.
TIPS BEFORE ORDERING
*SIZING: To ensure proper fit on clothing items, detailed
measurements can be found by clicking on the item picture.
We are also happy to answer any specific sizing questions in
advance.
*USED ITEMS: Please
note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on used/vintage
items from our Rediscovered collection.
*CANCELLATIONS: Order cancellations are
considered returns. If you must cancel an order before it
is shipped, please let us know immediately. Cancellations
on purchases made with credit cards are subject to a 5%
cancellation fee.
*QUESTIONS/CONCERNS:
We realize that extenuating circumstances do exist; if you are
ordering a gift or you are worried about sizing, please
contact us before you make your
purchase. We are always willing to work something out,
provided arrangements are made in advance of ordering. We
know it can be difficult to make online purchases,
so please
e-mail us
if you have any questions at all regarding our merchandise or
return policy.
