At Mountains of the Moon, our goal is to provide you with something
unique and beautiful with which you will be completely
satisfied. If you need to return or exchange an
item, we offer you a few different options to best suit your
situation.
EXCHANGES/STORE CREDITS: If you change your mind
or are unhappy with your purchase, or if an item does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for
another item, another size, or issue you a store credit (with no
expiration date).
If you need to do
an exchange or return for store credit, please contact us as
soon as possible (we must receive the item within 14 days of
your receiving it). Please note that we do not offer
returns or exchanges on used/vintage items from our Rediscovered
collection.
REFUNDS: If there is an unfixable problem with
an item due to an error on our part, we will be happy to exchange the item or
refund your money. We do not offer cash/credit refunds unless there is something wrong with the item
that cannot be fixed and/or the item cannot be replaced. If
an item is the wrong size, we will gladly exchange it for the
correct size. Please be sure to check sizing on clothing
items before purchasing. Detailed measurements for our
clothing can be found by clicking on the item picture, and we
are happy to answer any specific sizing questions.
If there is an
unfixable problem and you need to do a return, please contact us
as soon as possible (we must receive the item back within 7 days
of your receiving it).
IMPORTANT: If you need to do a return/exchange, please contact us first for an
RA # (Return Authorization
Number) and instructions, either through
e-mail
or by calling us toll free at 877.875.0689. Packages without an RA # will be refused. Order cancellations are considered returns.
If you must cancel an order before it is shipped, please let us
know immediately. Cancellations on purchases made with
credit cards are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
We realize that extenuating circumstances
do exist; if you are ordering a gift or you are worried about
sizing, please
contact
us before you make your purchase. We are always
willing to work something out, provided arrangements are made in
advance. We
know it can be difficult to make online purchases,
so
e-mail us,
if you have
any questions at all regarding our policy or guarantee.
